The valve has a piezoelectric actuator (5) with electrode layers arranged between ceramic layers (25) and actuating a valve closing body. A manifold is attached at the actuator. The actuator includes a recess (27), which extends through an active region of the actuator. The manifold includes a continuous slot (29), through which an electrode connection (21) extends into the recess. The electrode connection is surrounded by a sealant (37) in the area of the slot for sealing the slot. The electrode connection is indirectly connected with a part of the electrode layers.
