摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely collect a spoiled contact application and surely prevent leakage of private information on a customer, by reissuing a new contract application after collecting the spoiled contract application, when the contract application with the private information on the customer is spoiled.

SOLUTION: This unmanned contract terminal unit 10 issues the contract application for writing required items including the private information, and reissues the contract application on condition that a uncontracted application is collected in the unit by displaying a guide for collecting the uncontracted application when indicating a reissue of the contact application when the required item is inadequate.
