<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly present a hyperlink report even when the reservation destination of content data is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A processor 11-2, by an acquisition control function 11d, uses a reader/writer 15-2 or a network interface part 16-2 to acquire a data group including image data to which a content identifier as unique identification information is allocated and diagnostic reading report data in which hyperlink information including address information and the content identifier are described. The processor 11-2, by a writing function 11e, writes image data included in the acquired data group, in an image server 6-2.
