<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to get a feel of shopping in an actual town in a virtual shopping system. <P>SOLUTION: In a virtual shopping server 1 connected to a network 5 such as the Internet, a virtual mall 10 reproducing the streets of the actual town by illustration and/or picture is disclosed.
