<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a JV (joint venture) type order contract support system and a JV type order contract method, which determine companies forming a JV utilizing local businesses to attain the maximum effect. <P>SOLUTION: The JV type order contract support system 1 is equipped with: a JV type order contract support server 10; and a terminal device 20 mutually connected with the JV type order contract support server 10. The JV type order contract support server 10 is equipped with a candidate company selection part 14 for selecting a plurality of candidates for representing companies for structuring the JV, based on evaluation items for major companies, and selecting a plurality of candidates for structuring companies for structuring the JV, based on evaluation items for local companies including regional characteristics (location); and a data sending/receiving part 15 for sending candidate company data indicating candidates for the representing companies and the structuring companies selected by the candidate company selection part 14 to the terminal device 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
