<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage generating device capable of extracting essence from a beverage raw material at temperature suitable for the raw material and adjusting the temperature of the generated beverage. <P>SOLUTION: When a storage chamber 11b is heated by a heater 13, the temperature of a tea drink C generated in an extraction chamber 11a is adjusted to be the desired temperature, so that the beverage suitable for the taste of a user is provided.
