<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column connector for facilitating and ensuring the connection of a column to a pipe. <P>SOLUTION: This column connector 30 is equipped with clamp parts 36 vertically disposed so as to confront each other with a column 16 put between, and a pressure application part 34. The clamp parts 36 are provided with an upper-side pipe 18b so that an end part of the pipe 18b faces downward which is connected to an upper part of the column 16, and that the pipe 18b is movable only in a vertical direction relative to the upper part of the column 16 only in mounting/demounting the column 16. The application part 34 is provided with a lower-side pipe 18a so that an end part of the pipe 18a faces upward which is connected to a lower part of the column 16, and that the pipe 18a is extensible only in a vertical direction. This column connector 30 is characterized by being equipped with a spring 40 for pressure application in order to keep an applied pressure working between the column 16 and the pipes 18a and 18b at a desired constant value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
