PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of executing a job without causing an error when specifying the function of the image forming device by job control information.

SOLUTION: The image forming device is equipped with a job control information interpreting module 110 interpreting the input job control information and a page device information storing section 123 storing the information of the function which is referred in executing the job, determines whether or not the function specified by the job control information is loaded in its own machine, and stores the other effective value in the page device information storing section 123, in the case the function specified by the job control information is determined not to be loaded in its own machine.
