<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder supply system by which an automated refilling of a storage container is made possible without interrupting the operation of an apparatus to be supplied with powder. <P>SOLUTION: The powder supply system is constructed so that a predetermined amount of the granular substance 3 can be conveyed from the main container 4 as working powder 3, 31 to the storage container 51 through a metering container and valves 62, 611, 612 in the operating state of a processing apparatus 2 in such a way that at least a minimum amount M1 of the powder is available as the granular substance 3 in the storage container 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
