PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise generated from a connecting part between a motor and an output shaft, in a motor type actuator. SOLUTION: A two-face width projection part 27, having a pair of flat surface parts 27a facing each other in parallel, is formed at a top end part of a motor shaft 26, and an engagement recess part 17, in which the two-face width projection part can be inserted with a clearance more or less is formed at one edge surface of the output shaft 15. A groove 27b is formed around a total outer periphery at an intermediate portion of the two-face width projection part, and annular cushioning material 28 which is elastically pressed against the inner surface of the engagement recess part is engaged in the groove, in a state that the two-face width projection part is inserted into the engagement recess part. Preferably, the engagement recess part is formed into a two-face width hole of a rectangular sectional shape. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide an outwardly opening chamfered part 17b, at the edge which becomes an opening side of the inner surface of the engagement recess part.
