PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food preservation showcase providing safe and positive forming of an electrostatic field in a food preservation chamber without impairing functions. SOLUTION: A refrigeration preservation device is provided with the food preservation chamber with at least a front face formed by a transparent body, and a cooling device cooling the food preservation chamber. A conductive plate provided with a multiplicity of through holes for connection to an electrostatic field generating power source is provided in an insulated space composed of a bottom of the food preservation chamber, and an insulator arranged around its periphery.
