PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut segment binding structure for joining and integrating cut segments cuttable with a shield boring machine, in a circumferential direction with sufficient joint strength and smoothly removing joint members in cutting work. SOLUTION: The binding structure binding and integrating the cut segments 14 installed at a joint side face part 11a of a main line shield tunnel 11, in the circumferential direction of the tunnel in joining a branch junction shield tunnel 12 to the main line shield tunnel 11, comprises a steel wire insertion hole 50 formed penetrating along the cut segments 14 connected in the circumferential direction, and continuously formed across general segments 27 arranged on both sides of the circumferential direction with the cut segments 14 held between, so that both ends are opened to the inner peripheral surfaces of the general segments 27; a PC steel wire 29 inserted through the steel wire insertion hole 50; and anchor members 30 for anchoring both ends of the PC steel wire 29 at the inner peripheral surface of the general segments 27, while loading prestress to the PC steel wire 29.
