PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a base isolating device, its construction method, and a base plate for mounting the base isolating device that can considerably simplify construction of an anchoring part for integrally joining the base plate for mounting the base isolating device, to an upper frame or a lower frame. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the base isolating device has the base isolating device 5 installed on a building foundation 1, and an upper base plate 17 for mounting the base isolating device, provided between the base isolating device and the upper frame 4 made of concrete and constructed at the bottom part of a building body 3. The upper base plate is formed of a half-precast concrete slab with a truss reinforcement 19 integrated with cap nuts 20 for screwing bolts 18 for fixing the upper base plate, to the upper face of the base isolating device, and the truss reinforcement is integrally embedded in the upper frame to join the upper base plate to the upper frame.
