PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file sharing management system allowing sharing of one file between a plurality of folders and allowing generation (version) management while maintaining relationship of the file even when the file is updated. SOLUTION: In this file sharing management system 1, a file information management database 2 storing file information and folder/file relationship information, a folder/file entity storage device 3 storing a folder entity and a file entity, a screen display part 4, and an input part 5 are connected to an information processor 6 freely communicatively. A database processing part 31 in the information processor 6 is provided with a copy source file information acquisition means, which acquires data from file information and folder/file relationship information of a copy source file, and a copy destination file information registration means generating and registering a new record as folder/file relationship information of a copy destination file.
