PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid device, of which position is easily changeable. SOLUTION: In this lid device 11, a recessed part 14 formed in a floor 12 of a vehicle is covered with a lid 15. The lid 15 comprises a main body part 30 capable of covering a recessed opening 28 of the recessed part 14, and a connection part 31 rotatably provided on a wall part 44 of the recessed part 14 on one end side, and rotatably provided on the main body part 30 on the other end side. When the main body part 30 is lifted, the connection side of the main body part 30 to the wall part 44 is guided by the connection part 31 to make it rotate, forming a constant moving locus.
