PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible medical adhesive tape base material with high air permeability, preventing its strike through, which was conventionally imcompatible with the permeability, and excellent in unity with an adhesive material. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic synthetic continuous fiber nonwoven fabrics are provided as an upper and a lower layers. Meltblown fiber whose diameter is not more than 10μm is provided between the upper and the lower layer. The thermoplastic synthetic continuous fiber nonwoven fabrics are layered so that the fiber diameter of the lower layer could be no less than 10μm, nor more than 30μm, and their basis weight could be no less than 3 g/m<SP>2</SP>, which are composited by thermo-compression.
