The system has a belt rewinder receiving an end of a safety belt part. A belt buckle is attached at the other end of the safety belt part and a loading device is designed as a buckle pre-load device. A casing (26) enlarges the outer circumference of a shaft body (25), is moved over an end of the shaft body and is axially and radially connected with the shaft body. The shaft body end is supported in a side of a housing and accommodates a locking unit (27). The casing has an opening (29) aligned with a passage opening (28) of the shaft body.
