<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image two-way communication terminal device capable of inexpensively configuring a relay server between terminals performing two-way communication of voice and moving pictures via the Internet, enabling terminals in an internal network which are not given with a global IP address to perform communication with each other, and capable of ensuring security so as to prevent wiretapping or interference in communication. <P>SOLUTION: In terminals 29-1, 29-n of calling/called sides, an index and a calling file are uploaded or downloaded into a file server 24 to bring each of the terminals 29-1, 29-n into a communication state. In communication, the index and a time division file are uploaded or downloaded into the file server 24 to perform two-way communication of voice and moving images between the terminals 29-1, 29-n. The terminal is provided with an encryption authenticating section 36 for executing encryption with a public encryption key in standby or calling, executing encryption with a communication encryption key in communication, and decrypting the encrypted contents with a secret key, and the section 36 is combined with an encryption authenticating function originally equipped in the file server 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
