<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded resin pipe fitting structure in which the peeling and cracking of a weld portion are hard to occur even if a pipe member and a tube are formed of dissimilar materials and improved so that the strength and the reliability of leakage can be increased due to the absence of occurrence of the lowering of the strength. <P>SOLUTION: In this resin pipe fitting structure, a PFA tube T1 is fitted to a PTFE pipe member B1, and the end 4 of the pipe member B1 is integrally welded to the tube T1 at the fitting part K by fillet welding-all-around. The fitting part K comprises an extraction prevention part 9 having a radially recessed annular groove 7 formed in the tube T1 and an annular projection 8 formed on the pipe member B1 in the fitted state to the annular groove 7. The extraction prevention part 9 is formed so that the annular groove 7 can be fitted to the annular projection 8 by the forced insertion of the tube T1 onto the pipe member B1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
