摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum bit which operates in stability at a higher operating temperature, and can contribute to the obtaining of a quantum computer. SOLUTION: The quantum bit is characterized in that it is constituted by an inherent Josephson junction formed by employing a copper oxide high-temperature superconductor, and that as an oxide high-temperature superconductor, one of high-temperature superconductor among a Bi (bismuth) system copper oxide high-temperature superconductor, a Ti (thallium) system copper oxide high-temperature superconductor, and a Y (yttria) system copper oxide high-temperature superconductor can be used.
