PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor apparatus having high accuracy of a motor output shaft such as parallelism and run-out precision in rotating, and superior heat radiation properties, high rigidity and low cost. SOLUTION: This motor apparatus includes: a base 4 in a loop fixed to a fixing surface 2s of a platform 2; a rotor 6 rotatably supported by the base 4, a motor 8 installed between the base 4 and the rotor 6 for rotating the rotor 6 in the determined direction. A recessed portion K on which at least one portion is more greatly recessed than the other portion is formed on the bottom surface of the base 4 opposing to the fixing surface 2s of the platform 2. An insertion material 28 is intervened between the recessed portion K and the fixing surface 2s of the platform 2 in a state closely contacting both the recessed portion K and the fixing surface 2s.
