PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a phenomenon of conduction of heat to a pressure roller can not be suppressed when a high-speed start-up is targeted. SOLUTION: A heating device which has a heat generating rotary body 22 to be heated or to generate heat and a pressure rotary body pressing the heat generating rotary body 22 and heats a body to be heated by the pressure rotary body 30 and heat generating rotary body 22 has a first heat generating member 41 which heats the pressure rotary body 30 and drives the first heat generating member 41 by an auxiliary power unit.
