<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a perforated neck of a molded resin article wherein an undercut around a parting line on a thread is cut off upon opening a die in the direction of both sides with respect to a parting line, so that mold-releasing can easily be conducted by closing and opening a die. <P>SOLUTION: The molded resin article has a perforated neck 10 in which threads 131 and 132 of spiral shapes are provided and a cap 30 is fixed to their peripheral parts. The perforated neck 10 of a molded resin article is molded by injection molding, wherein a die is opened and released at both sides of a parting line PL passing through the central axis N of the perforated neck 10, and there is provided in the vicinity of the parting line PL of the threads 131 and 132 a screw in which undercut parts 2R, 3R, 2L and 3L are cut off upon mold-releasing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
