摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the game playing volition of a game player from decreasing in such a manner that raw material image data which is frequently used is surely read from a volatile image memory, and a variation pattern is displayed on a displaying device. <P>SOLUTION: As shown in Figure 13, this game machine is equipped with a pattern CPU 311, an image displaying processor 330, a frame buffer 336, and a decorative pattern displaying device 16. In this case, the pattern CPU 311 respectively designates sprite data and animated image data required for the display of the variation pattern. The image displaying processor 330 reads the sprite data and the animated image data from a character ROM 340 conforming to the designation by the pattern CPU 311, and at the same time, forms picture drawing data from the read sprite data and animated image data. The frame buffer 336 temporarily accumulates the formed image drawing data.
