PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse body releasing tool that can detach the fuse body safely and surely in which the electrode part that is held by the electrode retaining part which is connected to an overhead wire and which is in energizing state. SOLUTION: This is the fuse body releasing tool in which in order that the fuse body H at which a pair of electrode parts Da, Db are installed is attached having a spacing in the axial center direction against a cylindrical part T, that the pair of electrode parts Da, Db are retainably constituted, and that the fuse body H is detached from a fuse box 100 equipped with a pair of electrodes retaining parts 101a, 101b electrically connected to the overhead wire. This fuse body releasing tool is provided with a coupling part 10 coupled with a lengthy operating rod 200 and provided with the cylindrical part retainer 11 which is continually installed at the coupling part 10, and which is constituted so that it can be externally fitted to the cylindrical part T, and that tightening force is acted nearly all over the circumference.
