PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a construction machine capable of blowing cold air toward the head of an occupant while a front glass is contained on the inner side of a ceiling. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner for the construction machine comprises a case 23 for forming an air passage in which air flows into a cab 10, a heat exchanger 28 for cooling arranged in the case 23 to cool air, a face duct 44 connected to the case 23 to guide air cooled by the heat exchanger 28 for cooling to a ceiling part 14 side of the cab 10, and a face outlet 45 arranged on the face duct 44 to blow cooled air toward the head of an occupant. The face duct 44 is arranged below the ceiling part 14 with predetermined spaces i, p from the ceiling part 14.
