PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main switch installing structure of a motorcycle for strengthening the rigidity of a vehicle body frame while making access to a fastening member difficult. SOLUTION: This motorcycle is formed by arranging a main switch 25 having integrally the handle lock function in the rear of head pipes 3L and 3R of a front end part of the vehicle body frame 2. The vehicle body frame 2 is composed of the head pipes 3L and 3R and a pair of left and right main frames 9L and 9R extending backwardly obliquely downward while bending laterally outward by substantially linearly joining these head pipes 3L and 3R and a swing arm pivot shaft support part in a vehicle body side view. A connecting member 28 is installed just behind the head pipes 3L and 3R of the front upper edge of the main frames 9L and 9R. This connecting member 28 is fixed to an inside surface of the main frames 9L and 9R by using the fastening member 30. While installing the main switch 25 in the connecting member 28, a front part of a fuel tank 11 is fixed to the connecting member 28 so as to cover a fastening part of the connecting member 28 from the rear with a front part of the fuel tank 11 arranged above the main frames 9L and 9R.
