MOLDING MATERIAL SUPPLY MECHANISM OF INJECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the molding material supply mechanism of an injection device, which can easily realize the stable restrictive supply of a molding material, at a low cost. SOLUTION: The molding material supply mechanism of the injection device is constituted so as to supply the molding material M to the inner hole 12 of a heating cylinder 1 in which a screw 2 is fitted and inserted in a freely rotatable reciprocally movable manner and composed of the falling port 8 provided to the rear part of the heating cylinder 1 to communicate with the inner hole 12 of the heating cylinder 1 vertically from above and the slide-down plate 7 provided in the falling port 8 and having a rectangular slide-down surface composed of long and short sides. The slide-down plate 7 is provided so that the short side of the slide-down surface coincides with axial direction of the screw 2 so as to form a gap G between the lower end short side of the slide-down plate 7 and the falling port 8 in a state that the molding material M in the falling port 8 at the time of rotation of the screw 2 almost cover the surfaces of the leads 13 of the screw 2 in order to restrict the falling amount of the molding material M.
