The lifting device has a linear actuator (1) coupled to a rotary actuator (2) by a driven shaft (7) which is connected in a positive or non-positive locking manner to the threaded spindle (4) of the linear actuator. A first (15) and a second flow control valve in the feed lines to the linear actuator restrict a partial fluid flow. On account of the functionality of the flow control valves, a synchronicity exists between the speed of the axial movement of the piston rod (3) of the linear actuator and the rotational speed of the threaded spindle driven by the rotary actuator.
