A shape maintaining clip of a wire harness is provided to block a gap between a grommet and a connector by preventing shaking of the wire harness by covering the wire harness and the connector with the grommet. In a shape maintaining clip of a wire harness, a clip member(40) includes a straight line part(42) having a shape of a straight line plate and a bending part(44) bent downward from the straight line part. The clip member has a thin plate shape and is bent in an L-shape approximately. A fixing member(50) is formed to install the clip member on a connector(30). A plurality of pin holes(32) are formed in the connector to be communicated in forward and backward directions. The fixing member includes a plurality of fixing holes(52), a fixing protrusion(54), and a supporting protrusion(56). The fixing holes are vertically arranged on the peripheral region of the connector in parallel with the pin holes. At least one fixing protrusion is formed on the end of the clip member.
