<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for calculating the in-process reception and payment of each profit center. <P>SOLUTION: This profit center-categorized in-process reception and payment calculation system is provided with a management account database 21 including: instruction master data 21-1 for storing an instruction number and the unique profit center code of a profit center corresponding to the instruction number; an internal posting management accounting data 21-2 for storing the year of the internal posting data and cost elements and the balance total value of every term; and external posting management accounting data 21-4 for storing the year of the external posting data, the cost elements, and the balance total value. The internal instruction data of the cost total of the internal and external posting corresponding to the period designated from the internal and external posting management accounting data 21-3 and 21-4 are extracted, and the balance total value of the extracted data is calculated as the total sum of reception and payment calculated by the previous term, the total value of the reception sum calculated in this term, and the balance total value at the end of this term for each of the expense items of the cost elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
