PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a microcomputer is in a "SLEEP" state, it is impossible to stop a CLK of a memory controller since a memory is used during return in a microcomputer-equipped system LSI (Large-Scale Integration) using the memory as a work or a ROM (Read Only Memory). SOLUTION: The system LSI 15 has the microcomputer 7, the memory controller 5, and a CLK (Clock) generator 8 or the like. The memory 3 is controlled with the memory controller 5. It is made into an automatic return mechanism by giving a signal of a SLEEP return event line 12 also into the generator 8 having a CLK supply circuit of the memory controller 5.
