PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal having a relay function which can improve safety by preventing deterioration in ability of concentration into driving when an incoming call arrives during driving. SOLUTION: When a cellular phone 3 is set in a driving mode, cellular phones 4 and 5 of the owners C and D who are in the same car as that of the owner B of the cellular phone 3 are each connected to the cellular phone 3 by Bluetooth(R). In this case, the line connection condition of the Bluetooth(R) is that telephone numbers of the cellular phones 4 and 5 of the fellow passengers C and D are each stored in an address book data storage section 15 of the cellular phone 3 of the driver B. This connection condition enables to avoid transfer of an incoming call to many and unspecified terminals. After line connection of the Bluetooth(R), screen display sections 16 and 17 of the cellular phones 4 and 5 each display that incoming calls to the cellular phones 4 and 5 are each an incoming call to the cellular phone 3.
