PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of recording/reproducing performance of a magnetic tape apparatus when an optical disk apparatus and a magnetic tape apparatus are operated simultaneously. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an HDD drive part 23 which can record/reproduce video/voice data, a disk drive part 24 which can record/reproduce video/voice data for a rotating optical disk, a tape drive part 11 performing video recording processing or reproducing processing for the magnetic tape, and a mean which restricts rotation speed of the optical disk when copy of video/voice data recorded in the optical disk for the recording apparatus, processing of one side of copy of video/voice data stored in the recording apparatus for the optical disk apparatus, and processing of one side of video recording processing and reproducing processing in the magnetic tape apparatus are performed simultaneously.
