PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor that enhances the grounding function of OA equipment, effective in eliminating a leakage current generated on a surface of the OA equipment and harmful static electricity being the cause of a malfunction. SOLUTION: A large number of studs 5 are erected at a predetermined interval on a floor surface 4 of a skeleton 3 of a building for partitioning the room inside 2, and a large number of floor units 6 having a dimension corresponding to an interval between the studs 5 are constituted on these studs 5 by being supported in a mutually integrally electrically connected state by a conductive bolt 7, and are constituted by electrically connecting the studs 5 positioned on the end side and steel frames inside of the skeleton 3 by an insulating cable Cb.
