PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning composition and a cleaning method that contribute to environmental clarification through the use of a technology that enables effective cleaning of a dirty laundry. SOLUTION: Cleaning is performed by adding a soap 1, a microorganism 2, an enzyme 3, oxygenated water 4, perboric acid 5, and an oxygen-based bleaching agent 9, mixing cleaning water 6 into the added substances, heating and keeping the mixture at a temperature, mixing and agitating the mixture well within a drum 8 of a cleaning machine, forming a cleaning composition 7, and then putting laundry 10 into the cleaning machine to perform cleaning.
