PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelash cosmetic which has an eyelash volume-increasing (eyelash-thickening) effect and a gloss-imparting effect, can glossily and thickly show eyelashes in unnatural and beautiful finishes, gives makeup effects emphasizing portions around eyes, does not blot with the passage of time, and has a good makeup-lasting property. SOLUTION: This eyelash cosmetic is characterized by comprising (A) 0.1 to 3 mass% of a (alkyl acrylate/alkyl acrylamide) copolymer, (B) organic powder, (C) porous silica, and (D) ethanol.
