MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SUSPENSION SUPPORT, AND MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension support capable of preventing rubber burr at low cost while avoiding the demolding failure of a mold product or the abrasion problem of a mold, and the mold. SOLUTION: Plate-shaped metal fittings 2 are set in the mold 10 constituted so that the rubber reservior recessed part 54 formed of a copper or a rubber adhesive metal material based on copper is provided to the mold 10 part fronted to the metal fittings 2 to inject and charge a rubber material R in a cavity 16 not only to integrally form a rubber elastomer 4 on the surfaces of the metal fittings 2 but also to allow the rubber material R to flow in the rubber reservior recessed part 54 to mold a sealing rubber 62. The integrally molded product of the plate-shaped metal fittings 2 and the rubber elastomer 4 is demolded from the mold 10 while a sealing rubber 62 is left in the rubber reservior recessed part 54.
