PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing pump-up device of a tire constituted so as not only to ensure the preservation of a sealant but also to supply the sealant in a pneumatic tire at a stable speed. SOLUTION: The sealing pump-up device of the tire is constituted of a liquid agent container 18 which houses the sealant 32 and hermetically seals the same by an aluminum seal 31 to ensure airtightness and liquidtightness, an injection unit 20 equipped with the pressure liquid supply chamber 40 welded to the liquid agent container 18, an air supply means for supplying compressed air toward the liquid agent container 18, an air supply passage being the passage of the air supply means, an air-liquid supply passage for supplying the sealant 32 and compressed air into the pneumatic tire 14 from the pressure liquid supply chamber 40, the piston 60 provided in the air supply passage and moved by the pressure of the compressed air to thrust the aluminum seal 31, a restriction means for restricting the movement of the piston 60 toward the liquid agent container 18 after thrusting and the communication passage 68 which passes through the piston 60 for allowing compressed air to flow in the liquid agent container 18 from the air supply passage.
