PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting apparatus, a paper sheets processing system and a sorting method which enable to easily evaluate the state of an input processing of information and the quality of the processing in a dispatch sorting processing by referring to a tabulation data showing the state of input information. SOLUTION: In the dispatch sorting processing of each sorting system, paper sheets are sorted for every delivery office, the information input by an information input apparatus 3 is also accumulated in an input-information database 24a and the tabulation data showing the number of each digit number of pach class in every delivery office is memorized in a tabulation data table 24b according to the input information accumulated in the input-information database 24a.
