PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly give a desired delivery flow speed over the whole area of a bottom wall of a water tank without requiring excessive motive power. SOLUTION: The stirring apparatus is provided with a delivery pipe 20 having first end 20a connected to a pump 19 for feeding a liquid to the water tank 10B and second end 20b arranged in the liquid in the water tank 10B; and a diffuser 22 connected to the second end 20b of the delivery pipe 20, arranged near a corner part of the bottom wall 11 of the water tank 10B, having a flow passage 23 bent to an approximately L shape at the inside and provided with a curved part 23a formed such that a delivery port 24 at a distal end extends between adjacent side walls 12A, 12D of the water tank 10B and preventing increase of the flow speed at an inner peripheral part of the curved portion of the flow passage 23.
