A description is given of an installation (10) for the precise metering and homogeneous mixing of two liquid mixing components which are each stored in a container (12, 14). Each container (12, 14) is assigned a pump (16, 18) in order to dispense a defined quantity of the mixing component. The installation (10) has two supply lines (20, 24), which have their first ends (22, 26) connected to the two pumps (16, 18) and have their second ends (28, 30), which are remote from the first, opening out into a mixing antechamber (32) of a mixer (34). The pumps (16, 18) ensure a constant volume flow of the two mixing components over a wide viscosity and pressure range of the mixing components and, as they enter into the mixing antechamber (32) of the mixer (34), the mixing components have the same supply pressures, disadvantageous pulsating volume flows of the mixing components thus being prevented by the homogeneity of the mixture of the two mixing components. |
