The cover (2) consists of a lightweight ductile material, where the cover makes itself a perfectly fitting section of respective motor scooter models flexibly to a seat bench (1) of a motor scooter. Rotating rubber spring and a perfectly fitting rebate are fixed to the seat cover on the seat bench, preferably through a velcro fastener (3) and or other attachment methods. The seat bench is strained and fixed below the seat bench. The rotating rubber spring, which is fixed to the seat cover on the seat bench, is made of rubber.
