The method involves hardening a concrete in a formwork (1, 26, 28) and demolding concrete-finished stairs (3), where the formwork is arranged in such a manner that a stringer of the concrete finished stairs is provided at the top, after filling the formwork with jolted-concrete or liquid concrete or self-compacting concrete or fiber-reinforced concrete or polymer concrete (2). The stairs are upward lifted from the formwork after removing a formwork-wall. A step-formwork unit is adjusted to step-height. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a formwork for manufacturing concrete-finished stairs (2) quarter-coiled concrete-finished stairs.
