摘要 <p>Identification of an active substance complex comprises (a) providing a multitude primary carrier; (b) depositing or contacting primary carriers at or within the surface region of an isolation region of a biosensor electrode; (c) allocating a potential active substance complex; (d) contacting and preferably initiating the interaction of the potential active substance complex with the active region complex of the primary carriers and (e) determining the qualitative and/or quantitative influence of the complex on the enzymatic characteristic of the active region complex. Identification of an active substance complex, which modifies an enzymatic characteristic of the active region complex containing concentrative nucleoside transporter (CNT) 1 type protein comprises (a) providing a multitude primary carrier having active region complex containing CNT1 type protein, preferably in a multitude with in the region of a membrane of the respective primary carrier; (b) depositing or contacting primary carriers at or within the surface region of an isolation region of a biosensor electrode, which acts as a secondary carrier in a measuring medium, where the secondary carrier is more preferably than the measuring medium and the primary carriers, electrically and mechanically isolated with the help of the isolation region; (c) providing at least a potential active substance complex; (d) contacting and preferably initiating the interaction of the potential active substance complex with the active region complex of the primary carriers or its parts and (e) determining the qualitative and/or quantitative influence of the potential active substance complex or its part on the enzymatic characteristic of the active region complex or its part by detecting an electrical action of the active region complex or by modifying the electrical action over the biosensor electrode; where the process (c), (d) and/or (e) further comprises contacting the secondary carrier with the primary carriers into a quiescent medium, a second non-activating medium or with third activating measuring medium and detecting an electrical action according to the process (e), where the third activating medium corresponds to the second non-activating medium and further contains a substrate of CNT1 type protein. Independent claims are included for: (1) an active agent or active agent complex, which modifies the active substance complex containing CNT1 type protein is identified by the above process; (2) a method for the preparation of a medicament comprising identifying the active agent or active agent complex, producing or isolating the active agent or its complex, derivative or part, optionally cleaning the active agent or its complex, derivative or part and optionally mixing and portioning the active agent or its complex or derivative with a pharmaceutical compatible carrier substance; (3) a test kit for the execution of the above process comprising at least a primary carrier, measuring region and optionally a first or quiescent medium, a second non-activating medium and a third activating medium; and (4) a screening process for identifying an unknown active agent, active agent complex or its part or derivative, the existence of the unknown and known active agent, active agent complex or its part or derivative, the concentration of the unknown and known active agent, active agent complex or its part or derivative and any combination of size and properties, by using the above process or the test kit.</p>
