Provided are a hydrogen ion conductive polymer composite membrane which is excellent in the dispersion of an inorganic filler and is increased in dimension stability, a membrane electrode assembly containing the composite membrane, and a fuel cell containing the composite membrane. The hydrogen ion conductive polymer composite membrane comprises 0.01-40 wt% of a surfactant which comprises polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide or their copolymer polymer and oligomer, helps dispersion of an inorganic material and forms a crosslinked, IPN and graft structure; and 0.01-40 wt% of an inorganic filler which comprises an inorganic oxide, a heteropolyacid or their mixture. Preferably, the surfactant is a terpolymer comprising polyethylene oxide as a hydrophilic moiety and polypropylene oxide as a hydrophobic moiety. |
