A safety device for preventing internal combustion from developing outwards, comprises a sampling circuit, a detecting and monitoring circuit a low voltage reference source. The sampling circuit comprises two thermal detectors. The detecting and monitoring circuit comprises a first monitoring terminal and a second monitoring terminal. The monitoring outputs of the first and the second monitoring terminals according to the situation of the thermal detectors is as follows: in the case of the two thermal detectors are in normal station, the first and the second monitoring outputs are inactive; in the case of one of the thermal detectors is in fault, the first monitoring output is inactive and the second monitoring output is active; in the case of the two thermal detectors are in fault, the first and the second monitoring outputs are active. The first monitoring output is used to open a power source of a fan and the second monitoring output is used to drive an alarming unit.
