<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set sheet handling time according to handling situation for sheets optimally. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet handling device 1 is provided with a staple tray 38 loaded with sheets at a predetermined interval, a staple unit 400 for handling the sheets loaded on the staple tray 38 and a bundle of sheets, a sensor for detecting situation of conveyance and handling for the bundle of sheets, and a CPU for calculating sheet handling time required for handling sheets based on the results of detection by the sensor and calculating an interval based on the sheet handling time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
