PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage bag formed to hold a resin bag to a plate ring of track shape with holes for inserting a plate in hook parts of two suction cups and to hold down the resin bag with a round bar ring. SOLUTION: The elliptic plate ring is mounted to the hook parts of the two suction cups, and the resin bag is wound on the ring from the inside to the outside and hooked to upward claws of triangular shape provided at several parts of an upper part of the plate ring. The resin garbage bag is held down with the round bar ring with both ends formed in special shape, thus preventing the fall of the garbage bag. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
