SHEET POST-TREATMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-treatment device capable of accomplishing miniaturization by shortening a conveying route. SOLUTION: The sheet post-treatment device is provided with a treatment tray 25; a stand-by tray 40 having a pair of tray members 46; a tray drive mechanism 41; a roller mechanism; an assist arm 43; and an arm drive mechanism 45. The pair of tray members 46 is moved in a width direction over a first position for placing the sheet and a second position where the sheet on the tray member is dropped off on the treatment tray 25 from between the tray members. The assist arm 43 is arranged so as to be extended from one end to the other end of the sheet in a width direction and is turned and ascended when the sheet is fed onto the stand-by tray 40 and is turned and descended in such a state that the sheet is fed onto the stand-by tray 40. Thereby, a rear end of the sheet is pressed in the treatment tray 25 direction when the tray member 46 is moved from the first position to the second position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
